Small purchases can be hard to keep in view
Set a total holiday budget, then record actual payments for gifts, decorations, travel, food or other costs. Actual costs from meal entries are included automatically in total spending.

Record a payment without counting it twice
- Set your holiday budget and currency.
- For a general expense, enter a title, date, amount paid, category and optional notes.
- For a meal, enter actual cost in the Meal planner; do not repeat it in Expenses.
- Review the combined spending and remaining balance. Edit payments when you need to correct a record.
A clearer next decision
Knowing the remaining balance gives you a concrete number to consider before another purchase. If spending exceeds the budget, the dashboard shows how much you are over.
