When everything feels equally urgent
A list in your phone, a reminder on the refrigerator, a task you hope you will remember—holiday preparation can spread everywhere. The Checklist gives each task a title, due date, priority and space for notes.

Your task entry, explained
Use notes for details such as a store name, guest preference or order number. Open tasks also appear on the calendar on their due dates.
Build your first holiday checklist
- Add one concrete task, such as “Confirm dinner guests.”
- Choose a due date and a priority. Add any details in Notes.
- Save it. Mark it complete when finished; edit or delete it when plans change.
- Review the progress count and print a summary when you want a paper copy.
A practical win
Instead of one overwhelming task called “Christmas,” you can see the next manageable action and what is already finished.
One small task at a time. One less detail to carry in your head.
This feature is included in Ms. Santa’s Checklist, alongside the journal, calendar, meal planner and expense tracker.
