Year-end reflectionKeep the wisdom. Leave the weight.
Four saved reflection spaces: wins, lessons, gratitude and what to leave behind. Revisit or print them whenever you need perspective.
Try it this wayStart with “One small win I nearly overlooked…” Then choose one lesson to carry forward.
Three meaningful prioritiesMake room for what matters.
Write why each priority matters. Check off steps as you go. Link weekly actions to a priority to keep the next step connected to the bigger picture.
Try it this wayPriority: Reconnect with friends. Steps: Choose two people. Send one message. Arrange a catch-up.
Your 90-day weekly planGive “someday” a next step.
Choose a start date, then plan by week. The final week has six days for exactly 90 days. Edit, check off and print your actions. Open dated actions also appear on the calendar.
Try it this wayWeek 1: Research two local classes. Week 2: Try one session. Week 3: Decide what fits.
Flexible habit checklistA missed day isn’t the end.
Check the dates you complete a practice. The weekly view shows your check-ins alongside your target; it does not erase progress when a day is missed. The six-day final week caps the target at six.
Try it this wayHabit: Read. Target: Three days a week. Restart plan: If I miss a week, begin again with one page.
Calendar & journalNotice the life around your goals.
The calendar shows your events, unfinished dated actions and review dates. Journal entries include a date, title, notes and gratitude. There are no phone alerts, external calendar sync or shared accounts.
Try it this wayAdd a monthly reflection: What gave me energy? What can I make easier? What will I carry into next month?
Day 30 / 60 / 90 reviewsKeep what works. Adjust what doesn’t.
Each checkpoint has four saved reflection fields and an automatically calculated review date. You can open a review at any time; there is no lockout or deadline penalty.
Try it this wayAt Day 30, reduce an action that felt too large. At Day 60, keep the routine that helped. At Day 90, choose your next chapter.
